These terms are an agreement between you and Mirrors Production LLC, a Texas company ("we," "us"), for your use of Pyramii. By creating an account or using Pyramii, you agree to them. Questions: hello@pyramii.com.
You must be at least 13. If you're under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission. You're responsible for your account and for keeping your password private.
You own what you create. When you plant a dot, you give us permission to store it, show it to people using Pyramii, and display it on the map, in the camera view, and on glasses, for as long as the dot is up. You can delete your dots at any time. To keep Pyramii running, dots from free accounts that haven’t been opened in 3 months are removed. We email you first, and opening Pyramii within 14 days of that email keeps them. Dots someone has paid to unlock are never removed this way.
Only post things you have the right to share. Don't post content that:
Keys are prepaid credit for unlocking paid dots. 100 keys are worth $1 of dot prices. Keys don't expire, have no cash value, can't be transferred or sold, and can only be used on Pyramii. You can hold up to 10,000 keys and buy up to $300 of keys a month. If you haven't spent any keys from a purchase, you can ask for a refund within 14 days by emailing hello@pyramii.com. Once an orb is unlocked with keys, it's yours to open again for free. If its creator later deletes it, it comes off the map, and you get one last view of it from your Account screen within 30 days. After that it's gone.
Creators who charge for an orb earn 50% of its price each time it's unlocked. Earnings are held for 7 days before they can be paid out, to cover refunds and chargebacks. We can hold or cancel earnings from fraud, stolen content, or payments that are reversed.
Orbs send real people to real places. Only plant orbs where it's legal and safe for someone to stand. Don't place orbs on private property without permission, in roads or dangerous spots, or anywhere that would require someone to trespass or break the law to reach it.
Pay attention to your surroundings. Never use Pyramii while driving. Respect private property and local rules. Locations and directions can be inaccurate, so use your own judgment about where you go. You are responsible for your own safety while using Pyramii.
We can hide or remove any orb and suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put people at risk. We may change, pause, or stop parts of Pyramii at any time.
If you believe an orb uses your work without permission, email hello@pyramii.com with a link or description of the orb and your work, and we'll review it.
Pyramii is provided "as is." We don't promise it will always be available, accurate, or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, Mirrors Production LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for anything that happens at a place a dot or direction leads you to. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid us, if any, in the past 12 months.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and for important changes we'll let you know in the app or by email. Continuing to use Pyramii means you accept the updated terms.
